聚焦白酒化学研究，主要针对风味化合物和外源性环境污染物的前处理方法开发、定性/定量方法学验证和量效评价展开相关科研工作。
1.国家自然科学基金青年基金项目：白酒中邻苯二甲酸酯类物质的典型污染特征及源解析研究，主持，结题。
2.四川省科技厅项目：浓香型白酒窖池特征风味传导物解析及原酒等级确证体系构建，课题负责人，在研。
3.企业委托横向项目：不同窖龄窖池酿造白酒风味品质研究，主持，在研。
4.十三五重点研发计划：传统酿造食品制造关键技术研究与装备开发，参与，在研。
5.国家自然科学基金重点项目：多组学解析浓香型白酒酿造过程中关键酯类物质合成的作用机制，参与，在研。
